Methodology of diagnosis of Russian and Russian-speaking psychiatrists in Belarus, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia usually implies the development of symptoms in time, grouping particular features, organizing them in systematic way finding internal relationships between individual elements and observing the shaping of the syndrome. The syndrome is understood as a dynamic formation with changing structural ratios of symptoms.
