The study of hypnotherapy biological action remains practically valuable aim of modern clinical hypnology. Our inverstigations have shown heart rate variability analisis is useful for the objective assestment of autonomic regulation dynamics during session and course of hypnotherapy in helthy individuals and patients with anxious disorders.
