Students’ age is known to have the greatest risk of manifestation of mental pathology by reason of high educational load and stress which are additional factors for the manifestation of emotional dysadaptation. Education at the university is closely connected with social interaction. Such a phenomenon as social anxiety can has a serious negative impact on social and emotional adjustment and quality of life of students. Social anxiety is usually defined as a state of emotional discomfort, fear, apprehension and anxiety in social situations and situations of being evaluated by other people.
