Objectives.– Fluorescence of amino acid Tryptophan-214 residues (Trp-214-R) as inner probe of albumin molecules can give information about protein conformational changes. In human serum albumin excitation wavelength at 295–305nm is mainly absorbed byTrp-214-Rthatgivespossibilityofselectiveobservationofstate of albumin molecule.
